Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Because our jewelry is handmade and small-batch, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods. If there is ever a delay, we will notify you.


Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You will see all available shipping options and costs during checkout before completing your purchase.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bead & Beam is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will gladly assist you with tracking and updates.
