Bead and Beam — Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bead and Beam. Each piece is handcrafted with care using laser-cut materials and hand-beaded details. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items that show wear, damage, or signs of use are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital files (if you offer them later)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage/defect
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Because each piece is handmade, once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
